AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND KIDIMPORTS.COM
The KID Imports Website is made up of all pages under the domain http://www.kidimports.com/. This Terms of Use and Notices applies to the KID Imports Website and does not apply to the content of third parties.
The KID Imports Website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the KID Imports Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Modification of these Terms of Use
KIDIMPORTS.COM reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the KID Imports Website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the KID Imports Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the KID Imports Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Copyrights/Trademarks
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of KIDIMPORTS.COM or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property KIDIMPORTS.COM or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.
KID Imports, KID Imports, KIDIMPORTS.COM, KIDIMPORTS.COM and all titles, characters, names, graphics and icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of KIDIMPORTS.COM. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos herein are the property of their respective owners.
Payment
We accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.
Returns
All returns must be authorized and approved by KIDIMPORTS.COM and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to KIDIMPORTS.COM in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Ensure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to KIDIMPORTS.COM. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Shipping Damages
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call KIDIMPORTS.COM within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Warranty/Liability
All products sold by KIDIMPORTS.COM are sold "as is" to the customer. KIDIMPORTS.COM does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by KIDIMPORTS.COM are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. KIDIMPORTS.COM is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. KIDIMPORTS.COM will not be responsible for your own actions.
Installation of Aerodynamics
All aerodynamics are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
Backorders
Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.
Special Orders
Special orders are prepaid and cannot be cancelled once placed.
